Free Initial Counselling: Your first conversation with us costs nothing. We assess your academic profile, discuss your budget, and give you an honest picture of your options. No sales pressure. If Georgia is the right choice for you, we'll tell you why. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
University Selection: We work with multiple NMC-recognized universities across Georgia. We match you to the right institution based on your academic record, financial situation, preferred city, and long-term goals. We do not push students toward universities that pay us the highest referral fee, we push you toward the one that fits you best.
Application & Documentation Support: The documentation process involves multiple certificates, notarizations, translations, and deadlines. We prepare your complete application file, review every document for accuracy, and submit on your behalf. We tell you exactly what's needed and when.
Admission Letter Coordination: Once your application is submitted, we follow up with the university and keep you updated. Your official admission letter typically arrives within 2-4 weeks. We explain what it means and what comes next.
Visa Guidance: Getting a Georgian student visa involves specific documents and an embassy appointment. We walk you through the complete checklist, help you prepare your application correctly, and answer any questions that come up during the process.
Pre-Departure Orientation: Before you fly, we conduct a detailed briefing what to pack, how much cash to carry, what the first week will look like, who to contact if something goes wrong, and everything else a first-time traveler to Georgia needs to know.
Accommodation Arrangement: We arrange your accommodation in Georgia before you arrive at our hostel's (near the universities). You will not land in an unknown country without a confirmed place to stay.
